Drop Tine Pursuit is a small town family business; based on the hopes and dreams of two brothers.  We are both lifelong hunters and continue learning new hunting methods to increase our success.  We’ve always had big ideas and endless dreams.  Finally, in 2010, we stopped talking and started pursuing our dream of designing and producing a Hunters brand of everyday gear.  Drop Tine Pursuit is official and growing.  We hope to eventually be an everyday brand amongst the Hunting Community.

I was born May 12, 1979, and from the moment I put on my first camo shirt I was addicted to the great outdoors.  I began sitting on the ground at the base of the tree just below my Dad in his tree stand.  Ever since then I can not get enough.  I have a true passion for the case of the Whitetail.  From the set up of ground blinds and tree stands to locating scrape lines and playing the wind.  It is not always about the kill, but the memories we take with us.  I hope to someday have a child who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do, so I can pass down my knowledge to the next generation. As for right now, I am looking forward to the next great chase and the new memories that will come with it.  See you in the field!

I was born June 1, 1983, and was in every mud hole I could find and climbed every tree in sight. My dad would drag me along on his hunting adventures and my brother and I would be sitting at the base of a tree waiting with anticipation.  Being the younger brother, I was lucky enough to get all the hand-me down hunting clothes.  Most of the time they were to big, but it helped when it was time to layer up. I will never forget my first shotgun, a 410.  It  was a little to big, so we had to cut the stock to make it work.  I can't forget my 1st encounter with a Whitetail.  I was in a ground blind with my Dad, 3 doe walked up and stopped at 30 yards.  I was shaking so much I couldn't stand or draw my bow, needless to say I caught Whitetail fever. Even today, when I hear a twig break, I still have tingles running through my body. “Take a deep breath and squeeze”.
