SHIPPING
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail), which takes three to five business days depending on customer’s location. Your order will usually ship within three to seven business days after you receive an emailed confirmation of your order. All orders under five dollars will not have shipping charges.
RETURNS
Drop Tine Pursuit will gladly accept returns if the purchased product is the wrong size or wrong item was shipped.
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at droptinepursuit@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorizations must be requested within 15 days of the original ship date. Once you receive your return authorization number, you must ship the item back within 7 days to receive an exchange. Drop Tine Pursuit is not responsible for the return shipping costs. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
